I am not sure if it's because my messages are coming up in the tagboard and some of you are thinking that I was probably saying the things for fun.

I am obviously very unhappy and almost to the point of being furious about the curt comments that have been made in the tagboard recently. Just because you are having a break now does not mean you disregard the warning Ms Khatijah and I have given in class.

I am sending my stern warning in this post to the irresponsible people, posting comments in the tagboard. If I do see more comments coming from you that are rude and contains defamatory statements, I will take actions against you.

I do not want to waste my name naming who you are, I am sure you know who you are. (words like shut up and cut your crap, wa lau, wth etc. are totally inappropriate)

Special mention to whoever who nicknamed yourself as IMH:

I am quite sure you are not a staff from IMH (because I do happen to have contacts with the staff from the senior management in the hospital). For your intent to pass off yourself as their staff and for passing public statements in their name, I am quite sure they can take legal actions against you if they choose to. I am sure you know how easy it can be to track down who you are if we do intent to do so. That goes the same for "Lady Gaga" and "testing".
Lastly, "Generally, defamation is a published statement that is false and that is harmful to someone's reputation." (http://www.wwlegal.com/FAQ-id_cat-22.html#q178). You can be sued for that.

I am offering a choice here, you either follow the rules I have set out in class or you face the consequences for violating these rules.

If the situation does not improve, the tagboard will be removed and the blog access will be restricted to the responsible users from our class. I will call up the parents of students who do not seem to understand the need to be respectful and responsible in the blog and I would definitely recommend that they regulate/restrict your usage of the computer. Lastly, I will not show kindness for those who repeatedly violate the laws.

Let me make it clear this: if you choose to repeatedly ignore my reminders to you, I will take it as an act of defiance against me and I hope you remember what that will mean in terms of the classification of offences in our school. You can be assured that you have a choice whether you want to leave a discipline record with us, right in your first year of education. You make the choice and I hope you make the wise choice.

I will address this issue again once I see you guys back in class. I do expect an improvement in the situation over in the tagboard. I will be doing a close monitoring of the situation.
